Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have legal parental or guardian consent if you are a minor in your jurisdiction.

Images generated by the Service utilize OpenAI's DALL-E, which operates under its own terms of service. Ownership of these images is dictated by OpenAI’s policies, which should be reviewed separately.
User License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service and the images generated by the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. The images generated by the Service through OpenAI's DALL-E are subject to the intellectual property rights as defined by OpenAI. You are responsible for adhering to any additional restrictions or rights that may apply to content generated through DALL-E.
Additional Information on DALL-E Content: Users of Roomdsign AI acknowledge that images generated by the Service using OpenAI's DALL-E may not be used for all purposes, such as in certain commercial contexts, and may carry specific obligations regarding attribution or limitations on alterations. It is the user’s responsibility to understand and comply with OpenAI’s policies concerning generated content, including respecting any intellectual property rights that might be held by third parties influenced or included in the generated images.
You agree not to engage in the following activities:
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our liability to you is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall Roomdsign AI or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
